North Richland Hills Municipal Complex
How do we help pave North Richland Hills future?
North Richland Hills, Texas is a dynamic, growing city centrally located within the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. With nearly 70,000 residents, 1,200 businesses and 30 major employers, it is the third largest city in Tarrant County. North Richland Hills’ city services were housed in six buildings on three different campuses, two of which were impacted by the Loop 820 widening.
An initial study to determine the city’s build-out needs evolved into consolidating their City Hall, Public Safety and Municipal Court services into a one stop shop to help North Richland Hills offer courteous, efficient and professional services.Built on an abandoned 80-acre mall site, the complex anchors proposed future development which would include retail, restaurants, entertainment, and City Point Plaza, a 1-acre public plaza located in front of the New City Hall that will host a variety of public events.
