Redesigning Flower Mound's Municipal Headquarters  

 

Working in partnership with OWT Architects and The Town of Flower Mound, Carrillo Engineering helped with re-imagining Flower Mound's new town hall. The 46,000 square foot building and associated site improvements were designed with pedestrian mobility in mind, engaging each patron with nature as they are orchestrated through the courtyard and eventually their final destination. Built not only for municipal business, the facility has multiple areas to congregate allowing the public and staff the ability to utilize the space for a multitude of occasions and purposes. This coupled with the sustainable strategies implemented offer the community environmental and social value for the long term.
