Cardinal Haven is about creating a quiet, connected neighborhood where nature and community can thrive together. Tucked into a wooded corner of Lakeside, this project presented unique design challenges, from working within a narrow access corridor to managing water flow across steep terrain. Our team leaned into those constraints, designing streets, drainage, and utilities that fit the land rather than fight it. We paid close attention to how each home would sit on its lot, ensuring the spaces feel natural, walkable, and welcoming. Cardinal Haven reflects our belief that great neighborhoods begin with thoughtful groundwork and that infrastructure should support the way people truly want to live.
