Strategized and designed 1000 parking spaces on multiple JPS lots to accommodate staff during implementation of JPS Network’s bond program. Collaborating with JPS Network and Nearsouthside, Inc. to define “Transitional Parking Lots” designation in Nearsouthside District.

Presented to and obtained approvals from Nearsouthside, Inc. and UDC including Historical Protection on Protected Structures. 

Set base line parameters for implementation of bond program relative to parking, storm water management, and tree preservation with key stakeholders such as Nearsouthside, Inc. and the City of Fort Worth.
